Hello,

Start by installing updated Broadcom ethernet drivers from here: Broadcom.com - Ethernet NIC NetLink Driver Downloads
Code:
b57nd60a.sys Tue Feb 09 08:04:57 2010 (4B715D79)
Also, install these updated Intel WiFi drivers: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=19514&ProdId=2753&lang=eng
Code:
netw5v64.sys Wed Jan 13 11:30:25 2010 (4B4DF521)
Remove Comodo completely; turn on the Windows Firewall in its place.

Install Windows 7 SP1: Learn how to install Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1)

Finally, run driver verifier if the BSODs persist: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/101379-driver-verifier-enable-disable.html

What do you mean by "hardware interrupts"? When that happens, go to Task Manager, and in the Processes tab, sort the list by CPU usage, see what the processes using the most resources are.

Also, install SP1: Learn how to install Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1)
