New Build BSODS:dxgkrnl

I just put together a new PC and am getting some strange BSOD's and errors involving dxgkrnl. If you need any more info please ask. Here are my dumps.

Thanks for the help in advance.

These were all virtually identical and caused by your video driver, card, or psu. The system attempted to reset the video card but could not. Since the driver is the easiest to replace I would start there. re-install using these directions

When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver. In order to do that we recommend using Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

When it is removed then download and install the fresh copy.

I would also remove avg and replace with Microsoft security essentials

AVG - Download tools

Ok I am in the process of doing the wipe of the video drivers. And I removed AVG, what is the last link for? Do I appear to have some type of infection?
