    BSOD in COD4 & BF:BC2

Whenever i play Call of Duty 4 or Battlefield: Bad Company 2 i get a BSOD within 30-60min of gameplay.
I Recently reinstalled windows 7 and havn't had trouble with BSOD on this computer witch is about 2 years old. Also since i got my new HDD i have sudden short freezes for 3-6 sec. when i empty trash can or open a movie or during a movie and such.
I acctually never gets BSOD when playing thease 2 games, it just freezes and sound is like repeating over and over. I wait for 3-4min and no BSOD so i reset my PC and i open BlueScreenView and it says: The problem seems to be caused by the follow file: Ntoskrnl.exe.

A video of someone having same freeze as me:
YouTube - Weird Call of Duty 4 Freeze & "trrrrr" sound (hard freeze, no auto reboot)

I hope you can help me!

    I have tried the following:
    Windows Memtest.
Playing with only 1 stick RAM.
    Reinstalling and updating Punkbuster.
    Updating & resetting BIOS.
Take out CPU, RAM, GPU and put them back in after removing dust.
Setup Realtek HD Audio Manager like i used to do when COD4 "stopped working" (Cod4 and Realtek onboard sound is not very good friends).
Change Anti-virus program from Windows Security Essentials to NOD32
    Run chkdsk.exe (HDD error-checker)

    WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (124)

Some hardware problem, incompatibility, or wrong bios settings.

    Is the memory set right?

Well everything is on auto as it have been for 2 years with no issues. Latests BIOS version 2102 witch i have been running with for atleast a year now.

I just played COD4 on PB Disabled server and i played for 1½ hour i think, before i got temp. banned for "wallhacking" wtf.

Will play more later on PB disabled when i have the hours for it.

It's hardware for sure, or wrong clocks/voltages, or wrong memory settings. Or overheating.
