New BSOD after updating drivers

Running fresh install of 7 x64 ultimate. Was having lots of BSOD. Was told they were driver issues. Updated drivers and computer was running fine. Shut down computer for a couple hours and when I turned it back on I got another BSOD. Can someone please debug this dump and let me know what caused it?

Thanks for your help

Hello,
Uninstall ASUS ATK0110 ACPI Utility/AISuite Utilities/ASUS PC Probe as they are a known cause of BSOD w/ Win 7.
Code:
ASACPI.sys Thu May 14 13:25:17 2009
Update your Graphics Driver - here
Code:
atikmdag.sys Thu Jan 27 11:48:28 2011
atikmpag.sys Thu Jan 27 11:13:33 2011
Do a Memtest86+ and run for at least 7 passes (6-8 hours): RAM - Test with Memtest86+
Do a sfc /scannow
Do a Disk Check
Lastly, run a HDD Test (using SeaTools)

How do I uninstall something that's not installed?

I have already run memtest for 5 passes with no errors.

I ran the disk check already and it came back with no errors

I don't have a seagate hard drive. its western digital. does that matter?

Still run SeaGate HDD Tool please.

ONLY FOR THE ASACPI.SYS!!
Look in Add and Remove Program Utility found in Control Panel.
or
Rename the driver from .SYS to .BAK (found in C:\Windows\System32\Drivers)

The only programs listed are adobe, cpuid, microsoft .net, and firefox.

Edit: Didn't see the other thing about re-naming. I will do that

After shutting down the computer for the night I am getting massive amounts of BSOD in safe mode and normal mode. Sometimes it makes it all the way into windows and loads up but then BSOD after a couple minutes. Here are the dumps.

mgorman87, why did you start a new thread?

Here:
http://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...ml#post1284852

As long as you are having the BSODs you should of kept the train of thought here in this thread.

Here are some steps to try for the atikmdag.sys problem I saw in your "New" thread:
atikmdag stopped responding and has recovered...

Now we have to bounce between two threads to see how you made out with Maguscreed's advice about running Memtest.
