Need BSOD help pls!

Hi, recently built my first rig, all went well, but its a very tight SLI situation on my mobo causing the top card to get too hot, I think. temps go to 85-90c in for example bfbc2, this didnt cause any bsod the first few weeks but now i think this is whats causing the bsod. Its happened twice so im not 100% sure thats the issue though.

This is the info i see in evenvwr:
0x00000116 (0xfffffa8008ee14e0, 0xfffff8800f7b823c, 0xffffffffc000009a, 0x0000000000000004)

Im running Windows 7 home x64 (OEM from retailer) all parts out of the box since 2-3 weeks back
Asus P6X58D-E X58 ATX
Intel Core i7 950
Corsair XMS3 DDR3 1600 MHz 6 GB
2x Nvidia GeForce GTX 460 1024MB SLI
Intel X25-M 80GB SSD
Hitachi Deskstar 7K1000.C 1TB S-ATA/300
Corsair HX 750 Watt
ARCTIC COOLING FREEZER 7 PRO REV.2

As for the PERFMON HTML file, im not sure what part it is you want me to save as html. When the viewer appears for me there is no save option at all, just different choices as to what info I want to see.

Found this system info file though, think it appeared after I ran perfmon

Would appreciate any help on the matter.
