System freezes and BSOD, sometimes without error reports.

Hi guys, I need your help!

I think the problems started 15th of January this year with a BSOD on my computer while i was browsing the web. Since then I have a feeling the problem has increased with more frequent

    * freezes, where I'm unable to move the cursor and I'm forced to restart by turning off the computer

*BSOD where the computer automatically restarts, usually with an error report to read.

*The screen goes black but the computer is apparently still running with the fan going and everything.

This is the last error report I got after a BSOD today:

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: 1000007e
    BCP1: FFFFFFFFC0000005
    BCP2: FFFFF80002B7F827
    BCP3: FFFFF88002F80988
    BCP4: FFFFF88002F801F0
    OS Version: 6_1_7600
    Service Pack: 0_0
    Product: 256_1

Typing in some of the error reports on google gave me a certain idea of what it could be, so I tried uninstalling AVG, and first uninstalling then reinstalling the ATI display drivers but to no avail.

During my first reinstallation attempt of the ATI display driver my computer crashed which caused the system upon startup to do a ''check disk''.

    I haven't done a ramtest yet.

Originally this is a HP computer but I have upgraded the motherboard, CPU, graphics, and PSU.

    Further info:

Antivirus: AVG (now uninstalled but I think I had the version known for causing crashes and system unstability for quite a while)

Operating system: Windows 7 Ultimate 64

CPU: AMD Phenom II x4 965 Black Edition

    Motherboard: ASUS M4A785-M

Ram: generic DDR 2 (3 GB)

    Graphics: XFX Radeon HD 5750 1GB GDDR5

Harddisk: HP submanufacturer (7200 rpm SATA)

    PSU: Corsair VX 450W PSU

Case: Typical OEM size I guess, with a couple of fans.

I would be really grateful if someone took the time to help me, I've allready spent several nights googling and trying to solve the problem.

Below I've embedded the files recommended in the BSOD sticky.
