Recent Crashes w/ BSoD and reboots, about at least 7 in 2 days

    Windows 7 x64 current OS
2 year old system Dell XPS Studio 1640 laptop
    Installed w/ Vista originally
1 year Windows 7 Ultimate x64 upgrade retail

Noticed issue in past two days, cannot appreciate any problems except after iTunes upgrade. Problem seems to occur mostly with file sharing w/ iTunes (Home Media sharing) but has occurred in instances without iTunes running or sharing.

Added note, also getting kernel power event ID 41 (63) errors in event viewer

I've tried some of my own leg-work here but don't really have the time anymore to understand this all!

It would be greatly appeciated if you could analyze and give some suggestions.

Not sure if actual kernel dumps are being made, can't find any... and yes, they are turned on and all requirements for a dump to be written are met.

Have a feeling it's being locked out and data is unable to be written during the BSOD crash

    Ran Ramtests, all normal
Prime95 came up with no faults or issues either.
