Crashes ~ once/week (BSOD)

Hi,
I hope someone can assist. Our PC was purchased in July 2009 and has Windows 7 Ultimate installed (32 bit). I believe it is the original installed O/S and it is the full retail version of Windows 7. Both system and O/s where purchased in July 2009.
I have attached all the logs requested. Let me know if you need anything more.
Thanks in advance for your assistance.
