Windows 7: Problem Event Name: BlueScreen

Name of my notebook is "HP Notebook dv4-2165dx". For the past one year I am using Windows 7 Ultimate. Yesterday it crashed. I start in Safe mode. Following is the error shown when computer loads: (See also attachment)
