Steady 0x000000d1 / DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BSODs

Ok so this has been a problem for quite some time but it has recently become more and more frequent. Essentially, I get BSODs pretty frequently and I believe they are related to my Intel ethernet driver. Iíve tried downloading new drivers but Iím not sure if I either downloaded the wrong ones or didnít wipe the old ones completely because I still get BSODs pretty frequently. I can usually recreate the problem by opening a bunch of tabs in Chrome that have videos or something like that on them but I have gotten the same BSODs while playing a game so Iím not entirely sure what the cause is.

This may be completely unrelated but the last time my computer crashed, it didn't display a BSOD, it kind of just shut off and when I turned it back on my processor seemed to think it only had 5 cores. No clue what that means.

Not sure what info anyone might need so Iíll give you everything I can think of. The most recent minidumps (6) that I have are attached.

It lists the following drivers as the main causes: e1p62x64.sys, ndis.sys and tcpip.sys

My system:

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If kernel debugger is available get stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000090, memory referenced
Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
Arg3: 0000000000000001, value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
Arg4: fffff8800435aed3, address which referenced memory
