BSOD, would like advice

This issue started recently on two different computers I own. To avoid confusion, I'll post a seperate thread for the other PC. This occurs while just idling, or during startup, etc. Now I swapped out memory 03/14/11, and so far so good. Trouble is I stuck the other 4/gb of RAM in a third machine with no problem. I've run memtest until I'm blue in the face. Let it run for over 18 hours the other day No issue.

System is as follows
Asus P5Q Deluxe
Q9550 Core 2 quad
4/gb of DDR2 800 Crucial Ballistix (2x2/gb modules. The same memory was swapped out/in)
Asus GTX 460 TOP 1/gb graphics card
SB X-Fi Extreme Gamer sound card
WD 1/tb Black Edition
Windows 7 64/bit Home Premium retail

The system was assembled by me about a year ago. Graphics card is the newest item, installed about 4 months ago. All drivers are the latest. In fact I updated my drivers (chipset and all using Driver GeniusPro, exception was the Nvidia driver which is the latest RC, though I did reinstall it) a week or so ago which seemed to make things worse. Other than the current issues, everything smokes right along. Again I have swapped memory modules and so far so good. But lord knows I've said that before with regret. The older files marked for the month of February may not be related.

Any help you fine ladies/gents can offer would be appreciated

Hello Brian,
Firstly, remove RivaTuner/EVGA Precision/MSI Afterburner as they are a known cause of BSOD with Windows 7.
If you are overclocking anything - stop and return to default values.

CRITICAL_STRUCTURE_CORRUPTION (109)
This bugcheck is generated when the kernel detects that critical kernel code or
data have been corrupted. There are generally three causes for a corruption:
1) A driver has inadvertently or deliberately modified critical kernel code
 or data. See http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/driver/kernel/64bitPatching.mspx
2) A developer attempted to set a normal kernel breakpoint using a kernel
debugger that was not attached when the system was booted. Normal breakpoints,
"bp", can only be set if the debugger is attached at boot time. Hardware
breakpoints, "ba", can be set at any time.
3) A hardware corruption occurred, e.g. failing RAM holding kernel code or data.

Dean, out of curiosity, which dump file is that? I updated the drivers after the crash on the 8th. I know at that time I had an earlier version of the Creative driver. Also I updated MSI AB yesterday after the last crash. I had a feeling the beta version I was using might have been a cause (downloaded it about 6 weeks ago). But I'll disable it, and uninstall Acronis, and get a new copy. Thanks much for your help.

I can't seem to find Acronis. I must have uninstalled it at one point (haven't used it in a long time). But traces still exist. I tried using Revo Uninstaller but found nothing. Any ideas?

MSI Afterburner is a XP software - will not work with Windows 7. You may want to rename the file extension from .sys to .bak. Just go to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers, find the driver and rename it.
