    Hi Mueller1337 and Welcome.

    STOP 0x0000001A: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
    Usual causes:
    Device driver, memory, kernel

Your latest dump file blames ntkrnlmp.exe which is a Windows System file and is highly unlikely to be the cause.
Old and incompatible drivers can and do cause issues with Windows 7, often giving false error codes.

    As a Priority:

sptd.sys Sun Oct 11 21:55:14 2009 The sptd.sys driver is notorious for causing BSOD's with Windows 7. It's used by Daemon Tools /Alcohol 120 which you'll have to uninstall.
Then use the correct (32bit or 64bit) download from Duplex Secure - Downloads to uninstall the SPTD.SYS driver.
    Make sure to select uninstall!
    Virtual Drives
Some alternatives to DT/Alcohol that do not use SPTD.SYS (In no order).
DVDFab (Very small at just over 1Mb installed).
    MagicDisc
PowerISO (The program is a trial but the drive emulation is free forever).

Avira is known to be a cause of BSOD's on some Win 7 systems.
Uninstall Avira and download BSOD friendly Microsoft Security Essentials as its replacement. Make sure Windows firewall is enabled!

    Outdated Drivers. Update:

TBPANELX64.SYS Tue Sep 20 12:32:31 2005 Cardex TBPanel video converter/Config utility for Gainward graphics cards. Update oruninstall.

AtiPcie.sys Tue May 05 16:00:22 2009 ATI PCIE Chipset Driver. Go to Mobo Mfr. or AMD

    Drivers with Updates:

    L1C62x64.sys Fri Nov 27 07:47:56 2009 Atheros Drivers. AR813x-AR815x v1.0.0.46 WHQL.rar. Under the Atheros AR81Family Windows Driver x86/x64(Win7,Vista, XP, Server 2003) header.

    If blue screens continue:
Make sure RAM timings are correct (no overclocking)

Run Memtest86+ overnight, after your computer has been off for about an hour . Let it run for at least 7 passes / 6-8 hours. If errors appear you can stop that particular test.
Note!! Any time Memtest86+ reports errors, it can be either bad RAM or a bad Mobo slot. Test RAM sticks individually. When you find a good one then test it in all slots. Post back with the results.Let us know how it goes. If you get further problems with blue screens, attach your new dump files and details and we'll move on from there.

No dumps are attached in the file above. The tool did not find any dump file, this can be due to some system cleaners such as Ccleaner
    Upload the contents of C:\Windows\Minidump

This dump blames usbport.sys which may be caused by external USB devices such as Webcams, Bluetooth Mouse/keyboards etc..
Please disconnect such devices and update your chipset drivers from the manufacturer's website
