BSOD when playing WOW with a Mac
I have a bizarre problem. I have (2) Win 7 x64 PCs that have been working very well for 9+ mos. We recently acquired a Macbook Air. As avid WOW players, we decided to load WOW on the Air and give it a go. When we play WOW on BOTH the Win 7 and the Air, both Win 7 PCs BSOD. I have attached mine here (there are ~6 minidumps.) The WHEA (124) error is pretty non-descript, however, the other PC gives a very nice x1d error with tcpip.sys (this helped us determine it was a network problem.) We switched from the onboard NIC to a Linksys wireless NIC, but there was no change in behavior.
We have isolated the issue to when multiple computers are playing WOW, including the Win 7 x64 PCs and the Air. We have a 3rd PC, Win 7 x86, that has NEVER had a problem.
Since this weighs so heavily towards a network issue, i replaced my aging Linksys WRT54G wireless router with a shiny new NetGear WNDR3700 tonight, thinking maybe there was a mac address table corruption or something. Alas, upon firing up WOW, the other Win7 x64 PC BSOD'ed. I will try to post the other BSOD minidump tomorrow.
I am open to suggestions - it is very frustrating as we like the Air but we cant use it for WOW
