Hi Drew,
STOP 0x101 is CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT which indicates your processor (CPU) in fault. Run Prime95 for CPU errors: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...t-prime95.html
Run Blend, Small, Large FFTs Tests

Download, Install and Run Speedfan to monitor your CPU temperatures: SpeedFan - Access temperature sensor in your computer
If you got anymore dumps - upload them too.

So prime 95 will tell me if its my cpu at fault? What test and how long should I run it for? And whats the RMA for a cpu like (if you know at all)

Run Prime95 for at least 6 hours. If any errors occur in Prime95 - good time to get a new CPU.
Read the whole tutorial including the posts - it should explain everything without having to ask.

So I ran prime 95 and within seconds had 2 errors, so I'm starting my RMA. Thank you so much!

I'm unable to read these dump files as they are shortcuts, not dump files.

Have you replaced the CPU yet? If Prime95 reports errors, you have to replace the CPU.

Actually i pulled out the battery for about twenty minutes and reset the cmos jumper and I have been running countless stress tests via prime 95 for hours now! I finally found a fix! But I would still like to thank everyone involved in helping me look for and find answers to my problems.
