Warning ASACPI.sys the old version is a huge cause of BSOD's
Please visit this link: ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Support- download_item_mkt
Scroll down to the Utilities category, then scroll down to the "ATK0110 driver for WindowsXP/Vista/Windows 7 32&64-bit " (it's about the 8th item down).
Download and install it.
Go to C:\Windows\System32\ drivers to check and make sure that the ASACPI.sys file is date stamped from 2009 or 2010. Warning Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads
You can use MagicDisc as an alternative. Code: sptd.sys 0x8ae23000 0x8af16000 0x000f3000 0x4ad245ea 12/10/2009 00:54:02

Very thanks, but there must be some hardware error 'cause my PC sometime starts without "OK-beep" and show blackscreen only. I made RAM and HDD test and both are OK. Is possible to identify which hardware? or do you need some info/file in addition? new dump: http://saj.tym.cz/040811-19609-01.dmp | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Myself OS Win 7 Home Premium 32 CPU Intel Core 2 Duo E7400 Wolfdale 2.8GHz Motherboard Asus P5B Premium Memory A-Data DDR2 800MHz CL5 (2x2048MB) Graphics Card GIGABYTE R435OC: 512MB DDR2, ATI Radeon HD 4350 Sound Card Lexicon Omega (USB sound card) Monitor(s) Displays Philips Brillance 230C Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard Logitech MX 5000 Mouse Logitech MX 5000 PSU SWEEX 350W DUAL FAN Case AcuTake Acu-Jedi Cooling SCYTHE SCSMZ-2000 Samurai ZZ+COOLERMASTER FANS Hard Drives WD Caviar Green 640GB (WD6400AADS)

Check your cable connections for defects and try to re-plug them.
