Windows 7: Werfault.exe and wmpnscfg.exe error

hi everybody,

i'm having a problem with my acer aspire5315. I installed Windows 7 32 bit and am currently nog happy with it.

Im having the following error:



WerFault. exe
the instruction on 0x6B35131F is directing to 0x6B35131F. De neccesary data are not in the memmory due to an I/O-error of 0xc0000185

sorry for the bad english

i also get 2 wmpnscfg.exe errors with it.
0x6C6BB935 with the same as before and
0x6BFC8497 with the same as before

please help

see if it reports any errors
