Hi, I get bluescreen errors at startups (not every time) with a code of "0x80000000000000. I checked the windows log from the event viewer and realized that there is a WMI Error after bluescreens and its explanation is like that:
"Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected."
Then I opened my .dmp file related with the bluescreen error in windbg.exe and see this error message inside.
"Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\ntoskrnl.exe, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for ntoskrnl.exe
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for ntoskrnl.exe
Windows 7 Kernel Version 7601 (Service Pack 1) MP (8 procs) Free x64
Product: WinNt, suite: TerminalServer SingleUserTS"
I think its about a bad driver
or a hardware problem but I counld't find a specific error. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
