    Windows 7 random lock up

I recently upgrade from Windows XP to Windows 7. When I did this I decided to go with a new hard drive and keep XP on a separate drive.

My problem has been ever since I installed 7 it will randomly lock up for no apparent reason and I can't figure out why. When the lockup occurs I have no choice but to reboot.

My current setup is as follows:
    Intel Core 2 Duo 6600 at 2.4GHz
    Abit AB9Pro board
    4GB Ram
    Dual Monitors

Before you post it, I do realize that I am way overdue to upgrade my system. That is in the works for later this year. I have checked and found that the BIOS is updated.

My knowledge of computer isn't very high, a 2 out of 5 I would say. I'm learning as I go. LOL

Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!!!!

Here is the file you asked for. I am having a problem getting a system health report. When I type the perfmon/report it doesn't bring anything up.

According to the report it says that your hard drive is failing. I would back up your data.
