What type of USB devices do you have hooked up?

Download all the latest drivers from here
    AMD.com | Support & Downloads

Your two driver verified dumps are pointing at usbfilter.sys which is the AMD USB Filter Driver
Do I need to uninstall previous drivers before installing new ones or do I just install on top of the old ones?

You still have driver verifier enabled right?

Just keep using the computer and if you get more BSOD do another report.

I did "verifier/query" in cmd and it said no drivers verified. So im assuming that means its not running.

What you can do is disable driver verifier, restart the computer, and then re-enable it and reboot. If you get a BSOD, tell us what it says.
