Memory Dump- restarted in a few seconds

    Windows 7 Japanese Version
I've had my wife's computer crash twice without a clear message other Memory Dump with the countdown to 0
Check (some things) and then its restarted.
I did leave it in sleep for awhile maybe Window Live is the problem but it crashed when rewoken.
How do I prove there is a problem? It hasn't happened for her but she doesn't use it for long periods and she works full-time. She won't let me do anything without evidence. By the way any very simple explanation of Windows Registry (total idiot stuff)?

Thanks- however my wife wouldn't appreciate me install anything- anyway to show it crashed without needing to have any idea of why.

    Hi,

You do not need to install anything, download and run the BSOD file collector tool.
We can't do anything without the BSOD dump files or the sys report.

I got the folder and html file but how I do archive it- note to interpret it you'll need some Japanese. I don't see an application to do it although there are a few Japanese application folder names. A lot of junk I bet that was preinstalled. Is there an online archive program?

    Hello Cloa,

You can select both files, right click on them, click on Send to, and click on Compressed (zipped) folder to ZIP (archive) them. :)
