Windows 7: Random yet persisting BSODs

Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Just got another BSOD. No dump file again in C:\Windows\Minidump.

It seems like i would take 5 minutes to try to initialize disk to dump file to disk before it would say Completed dumping memory to disk (or something like that)

Is there a possibility that there is somethign wrong with my RAID controller or hard drive causing it unable to write the dump drive to disk?

Is it possible to have the dump files written to a flash drive?
