Windows 7: new with issues

new with issues

This is the second replacement from Best Buy. Both previous were junked out with similar issues and this one I have had since 3/28/2011 and here are the errors I keep getting:

When ever it goes into standby, it will just shut down on its own and pull up a bluescreen error message. Same when I actually shut it down. 5 minutes after clicking shut down, it will go to bluescreen with error mesage and then it will restart. Will not shutdown unless hardbooted.

Freezing issues and BSoD issues. Help please!
My first problem is that Windows will randomly freeze up and I end up having to hard reboot my system. Windows will also BSOD on me randomly. I've read a number of things online about how to fix it, but nothing seems to help. Also, another problem, I'm not quite sure how to explain this one....
