BSOD and no hard disk detection
Hello guys!
This is my first post here. Please guide me if I violate any rules.
I have hp dv6-3140SE with Windows 7 home 64bit pre installed. After a month of use, BSOD came and I couldn't start my windows in normal mode so I formatted and reinstalled windows using HP recovery manager.
My laptop got back to normal but after a month or so BSOD attacked again and I repeated the same procedure. But, this time I partitioned my C drive so that the data stored on D drive would be safe.
This time BSOD came, and when I started HP recovery manager, all the options are disabled except Command prompt. And even in command prompt only I can see X drive which have windows, users and two other folders. I can't access either C or D drive so it does make me wonder if it is hard disk problem .
I didnt have recovery disk so I downloaded a recovery disc but unfortunately even recovery disc can't find any operating system.
Really need help from you guys, otherwise have to send it to HP and they are going to take atleast a month because I have international warranty.
Thank you in advance
