    Blue screen error


    Hi everyone,

    I cant start windows. When I wanted to start my computer, during boot the blue screen has appeared and then on a black screen it asked me which way I want to start my comp. So I have chosen to go to the safe mode that i can see what the problem is. In safe mode window has appeard with this message "Windows has recovered from an unexpected shut down."

    I cant run safe mode with networking! The same blue screen has appeared! I am posting from another computer!

    Try to boot in normal mode and upload the file

    I am now in safe mode doing the step 2, cos i cant run anz other modes. I just dont now how to start health report and where to find it.

    I have opened this performance monitor but i am not sure which window do you want me to save?should i go on reports or ...?

    Note that you can't use the Internet while in safe mode, you will need to transfer the .zip file to another PC then upload it :)

    I have attaches required zip files.

    32-bit
    windows 7
    OEM
    around 2 years
    I havent reinstalled OS ever
