Blue screen error

Hi everyone,

I cant start windows. When I wanted to start my computer, during boot the blue screen has appeared and then on a black screen it asked me which way I want to start my comp. So I have chosen to go to the safe mode that i can see what the problem is. In safe mode window has appeard with this message "Windows has recovered from an unexpected shut down."

Boot in safe mode with networking and follow these instructions

I cant run safe mode with networking! The same blue screen has appeared! I am posting from another computer!

Try to boot in normal mode and upload the file

I am now in safe mode doing the step 2, cos i cant run anz other modes. I just dont now how to start health report and where to find it.

Note that you can't use the Internet while in safe mode, you will need to transfer the .zip file to another PC then upload it
