Windows 7: BSOD on Windows Start

Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1
BSOD on Windows Start

Hey guys, having a bit of a problem with BSOD's lately and for the first time in my life I cant seem to figure out why, although I have a pretty good idea.

The following zip contains all dmp files if anyone wants to take a look
Akenload - Small File Host
or download attachment

SPECS: - Note: This is a budget gamer
Windows 7 Ultimate x64
Quad 2.5ghz (Pentium) (no errors)
HD 5670 (no errors)
8gb ddr2 (no errors)
AM2+ matx branded board from gateway (unfortunately its impossible to find a model number, although i'm pretty sure its foxconn)

I built this off of a desktop someone abandoned with me, as you can tell I've obviously changed most of the hardware, in fact the only thing left that is stock is the mobo.

Anyways, the problem started when I replaced the stock PSU a year or so ago with a 450w thermaltake, usually the crashes happen when power goes out or a hard shutdown. I can stop the BSOD by cycling power to the PSU (switch and plug) and restarting, and if that doesn't work going into bios and loading defaults. Thus I think the problem is the PSU, however I don't have a spare around to test my theory so I want to get a second opinion before shelling out the cash to replace it.

Any insight is welcomed and appreciated.
