    BSOD Crashes


    Hey,
    I'm new to the forums, been having some problems with my computer..
    it constantly crashes when it goes to sleep mode and gets stuck on shut down always...hope someone can help. Thanks

    - x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? - x64
    - the original installed OS on the system? - No
    - an OEM or full retail version? - OEM

    - What is the age of system (hardware)? Almost 2years
    - What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) About 6months

    AVer88xHD64.sys is the cause, this is part of a software AVerMedia AvStream Video Capture, this software may be used by some kind of TV Tuner
    Please uninstall the program and see if that stops the BSOD's.
