    Hello Welcome to SF,

I guess the problem is with your Intel Processor Driver
Intelppm.sys. Make sure you have the most updated Chipset drivers. Also try these steps

    1. Click Start, then type devmgmt.msc, and then press ENTER.
    2. In Device Manager, expand Processors.
    3. Right-click Intel® Core™ i7-920 Processor, and then click Update Driver.
    4. Reboot the System
    5. If that didn't work then try to update your Mother driver (Chipset drivers)

    Uninstall DEMONE

    Then run this Tool
Go to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers and make sure SPTD.sys Rename it to SPTD.old

    Code:
    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
    Arguments:
    Arg1: 00000000006b627c, memory referenced
    Arg2: 000000000000000d, IRQL
    Arg3: 0000000000000008, bitfield :
        bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: fffff80001eec9d0, address which referenced memory

    Debugging Details:

    Thanks for your prompt reply.

Windows would not allow me to update the processor drivers. Stated they were correct.

    I have just installed the ASUS chipset driver, which mainly consisted of SATA drivers I believe. Couldn't see anything else on their site;

Not sure what you mean by "Uninstall DEMONE" and sadly I was unable to download the file with your link.

    Cheers

    Thank you.

I have uninstalled Daemon utilities. Would you advise any other ISO mounting software for future use? Or just extract the data?

I ran and installed the software from the new link and rebooted.

    After reboot I renamed SPTD.sys to SPTD.old

    Is this correct?

    Thanks

When I ran the link it upgraded the SPTD driver, so after reboot and renaming the file to .old, if I run the installer again to uninstall, it says it is not installed. Is this right?
