BSoD Part 2: The Return

The story so far:

Back in August I built a PC. O, la, la. It was working great, except for one small problem. If I ever shut the PC down for a few hours (or over night), it would never let me have a clean boot. It will load me to Windows, give me about 5 minutes, then the BSoD pops up. I resolve to send in various RMA requests.

On February, I decided to start the process again with the new RMA parts. I noticed the problem still existed. A work around this issue was simple; never shut down the PC. I just put the PC in sleep mode until I was ready to deal with it again. And yes, if I hit restart, the PC boots up normally.

Last night, I foolishly shut down my PC and lo and behold, the issue was back. This time around, I recall if my PC was running on 4 GIGs of memory and not it's original 6 GIGs. Boom. PC booted up just fine. I also tested each and every stick and they all booted up normally, so long as there was only 4 GIGS of memory (and not 6).

I don't know what could be the problem. The only thing I didn't replace was the ram, so I put in a RMA for it. Here are all the .dmp from today. Maybe I need to do something in BIOS?

System specs:

Windows 7 (x64). OEM installation. Hardware was purchased in 8/10. OS was reinstalled on 2/11. Intel core i5.

My motherboard is the GA-55-something-something.
