Are you using Memtest86+ and how long did you run the test?

It must be run for at least 7 passes or overnight, the average test runs 8-12 hours.
This is the only way RAM can be thoroughly tested.

You can follow this tutorial for testing RAM: RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Windows memory diagnostics tool is not very good, I wouldn't use it.

    RockmanX,

Can you please confirm that NOD is not installed.

It's either mem related, software or driver.

    Hello all. Thanks for replying.
Dave76, thanks, I said before i checked RAM, sure i did, 1 test/9 passes with memtest86+ from CD, but today i did the test again just to be sure, and guess what, 2nd pass , test #7 i got 1 error!!! Really strange because days ago was everything perfect, same test-9 passes with no errors found. Today i got 1 error, during the same test. This is driving me crazy.

Zardoc, NOD32 was completely removed days ago from the system. I have MSE right now. Same things applies to ASUS software, and Acronis TI.

The computer is in warranty by my local vendor, and right now i have the system running with all the basic software, later i'm going to shut it down and go to bed, tomorrow i'll see if it boots normally or if it keeps throwing errors and BSOD. I forgot to tell you, that a couple of times, having the OS recently installed, the computer froze serveral times, making me unable to turn it off from the power button, so i had to disconnect it from the power cable.

Anyways, since it's in warranty for 1 year (The PC was build and bought about two weeks ago), i can't test the RAM sticks correctly, changing slots in the motherboard. I just talked to my vendor, and by thursday or friday i have to give him the computer because he has to test it himself. And if it's something hardware related, i guess he'll do the replacement if needed. I'm worried a little because he keeps saying that its very unlikely that new hardware fails, but memtest86+ is not a liar i guess.

So, for now, i'll just leave this right here and i'll keep you posted. As soon as i have news i'll reply to this thread.
Thank you all for the assistance provided. It was really helpful. This is an awesome site. Keep it up.:)

    Regards.

Good plan, let the vendor fix it.

Any errors from memtest86+ is too many.
It is possible for any electronics test to pass several times and then fail, it's the nature of electronics.
That one error/failure can cause a crash, BSoD.

Let us know the results when you get the system back.

Hi again. I got my system back few days ago and i'm testing it. So far, all fine.
The only thing that annoys me a little bit is the fact my local vendor didn't have OCZ Sticks to make the right replacement, so he told me he put 4GB 2x2GB DDR3 Kingston sticks, wich i don't like it. I still don't know what Stick is the faulty one, or if both sticks are bad, he told me he'll test the RAM sticks later with another motherboard and probably he'll send them to OCZ for RMA.
Where i live, i've been told this process takes forever, so in case if both sticks are bad i'm thinking on getting new ones, or maybe just one.
With these Kingston sticks: No problems, or BSOD so far, at least for now xD. I'll keep you informed, so please don't close this thread. Thanks.:)
