Uninstall all the Asus Utilities Like PC Probe etc. then see whether it makes any diference

MarvinBus64.sys is most likely related to Pinnacleso i would recommend to update those drivers Pinnacle Systems - Product Support

Pinnacle Marvin Bus is XP Software and will not work with Windows 7. Uninstall it.

It didn't BSOD last night but I had uninstalled Pinnacle Studio 10 and disabled hibernate in Win 7 power advanced settings. Avid Studio is supposed to be Win 7 compatablie so I'll check to see if MarvinBus64.sys is part of that too.

Thanks for the replies.

Thanks for the replies. After deleting the Pinnacle file it still crashed and so I tried to uninstall and reinstall the ASUS system drivers. One hung and wouldn't let me uninstall or let me install over it. It was necessary to delete the RunTime folder in the Common Files | Install Shield | Professional folder. Then I was able to install the ASUS esata driver.

So far, it seems to have fixed it.
