Frequent tcpip.sys\netio bsod - help

Added minidump files.
Getting frequent tcpip.sys bsod. Tried reinstalling OS without luck. Windows 7 64x.
Also checked memory with memtest 4.1+. Checked OS disk with ibm drive fitness tool and no errors.
Reinstalled drivers for network card, no luck. Tried resetting network card settings, no luck.

Running utorrent and thats mainly it. With default settings, using upnp.
No AV installed, like i said, its more or less a clean install.

Got the bsod 3 times the past 1,5hrs.

Ran a "reset network settings fixit" from microsoft and after that i got a netio bsod. Currently running safe mode with networking to see if it changes anything.
Eternally thankful for any tips or things to try as ive run out of ideas myself.
I got 10 disks connected but as its a tcpip.sys error i doubt theyre damaged.

Also tried different versions of utorrent without any luck. Didnt have this problem before tho. Just suddenly started after i upgraded memory. Changed back to old sticks and problem was still there. Checked memory sticks with memtest several times, coming out clean. Changed router 3-4 times. Getting quite annoyed.

Your Realtek drivers are to blame in almost all the crashes. I would uninstall the device, reboot the computer, and then install the latest drivers from here

Also run these scans to rule out any infections

Got a new bsod yesterday. Also experienced a couple of network just dropping completely, where only a reboot gets me back online.

Also added the complete bsod report as asked for.

Today ill try deactivating the card in bios and adding a pci network card to see if it helps, but like i said, any help to get the onboard to work would be great.

Can we get some info on your RAM?
What is your NB (North Bridge) voltage?
With 8GB it will need a voltage bump.

No i did not, because its a clean install from an official media, so im 100% positive im not infected with anything. No bsod all day tho with the new pci ethernet card. Even let windows update install the drivers for it.

"Process name: utorrent.exe" .. ive actually considered it being the reason myself, but ive had over 300 connections at all times through utorrent since my last post with no problems, and ive had this computer for over 2-3 years without any problems earlier.
