Random virus

Well I wanted to download a song and this crazy thing popped up, windows 7 anti virus, told me to buy it etc. Couldn't get into the internet, my antivirus didnt find it, task manager doesn't let me terminate the process, so I used steam browser to look on how to remove it. I got some thing called Stopzilla, installed it, restarted comp, and now I can't even run .exe files.. the virus is gone from the screen, but I can still see the process and I can't terminate it. I tried some registry entries or something, they don't work too(probably cause of the virus).. I'm scanning my system now with the stopzilla thing, it found something but it takes forever. Only 9% in 30mins and I don't really have time here(01:27 am)
Any ideas what to do?
Not sure if this is the right board btw lol
EDIT: I got NO idea what happened, but I can run .exe files again... but the viruses are still in the task manager.
