BSOD please analyze

Hey! I have experienced a BSOD. And I found out it had something to do with ATHR.SYS which is my wireless card kernel driver, i knew that because I played a little with WinDBG. But I need help in analyzing it thoroughly to show the root cause of all this since I don't have debugging skills.

The BSOD (athr.sys) still appears after updating such driver. There seem to be another software or driver which is incompatible with such driver, please thoroughly analyze the dump and see the programs involved in causing such conflict.

Thanks for helping,

I would like you to remove AVG - it may be conflicting with the wireless driver.
Download and run this removal tool to remove the leftovers AFTER AVG is removed: AVG - Download tools
