    BSOD on bootup c000021a


    i have a dell studio XPS 1645 with windows 7 home premium 64-bit and i just got this problem today. when i startup i keep getting the error stop: fatal error c000021a and i have tryed all the things i've seen so far (start in safe mode, start with last know config ect.) but every time i do i get the same error and can't start up

    It appears to be a registry problem.. Cause and cure here (requires a win 7 dvd) Error Message: Stop c000021a {Fatal System Error} The Session Manager Initialization System Process...

BSOD c000021a intermittent crashes

Crashing regularly since Xmas, usually with C000021a error message but sometimes just dies to black and sometimes to minimised blue screen. Tried uninstalling any recently loaded progs including antivirus but still same issues. might work for 30 mins and then next time not even complete loading OS....
