Computer randomly BSOD's

A few weeks ago I built my own PC and installed windows 7 home premium 64bit. Since then I have been seeing many BSOD's. I have reinstalled windows twice now with no results, so I'm pretty sure that its a hardware issue. Often what happens is that my computer upon booting will restart halfway through the loading windows process and then ask to run startup repair. If I run startup repair it will go to a BSOD. However it has also randomly crashed on me before. Most of the time when I can log on it works fine. It also only seems to restart on boot the first time I turn it on in a day.

I am pretty sure its a hardware issue. I've ran memtest for 12 hours now with no errors found, but I don't know how to test other parts of my system. I've both rolled back and updated my graphic's card's drivers with no effect. I don't know what to do from here.

No dump files are included in your BSOD report.

To ensure minidumps are enabled:

Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box (the 256kb varies).
Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
OK your way out.
Reboot if changes have been made.

The *.dmp files are located at C:\Windows\Minidump. Until a *.dmp file is generated, the Minidump folder may not exist.

When (if) you blue screen again, go to your C:\Windows\Minidump folder. Copy the *.dmp files to a new folder on your desktop. Zip up that folder and attach to a post.

As a Priority:

AVG is known to be a cause of BSOD's on Windows 7 systems. Suggest that you uninstall it. Download the correct AVG Remover for your system (32 or 64 bit).
If you have AVG ID protection installed, download the AVGID Protection Remover from the above link as well (it wouldn't hurt to download and run it anyway). Download Microsoft Security Essentials as its replacement. Re-boot to Safe Mode. In Safe Mode run the AVG Removal tools. Re-boot to normal mode and install MSE. Make sure your Windows firewall is enabled!

Edit!! If dump files are enabled, make sure any cleaning programs (e.g. CCleaner) are not set to delete dump files.

OK, my computer was fine all yesterday but upon startup today it crashed to a BSOD. The screen recommended me to disable BIOS options such as caching or shadowing. I did all the steps you posted yesterday but no minidump was generated. I am also sure I don't have any registry cleaning programs on my computer.
