Crashes - several of them.

Recently i have started to gain lots of BSODs. I ran memtest86 and found out that one of my rams was corrupted, replaced it with a new stick. New memory test, nothing. BSODs gone for 1 day and reinstalled windows. Today, i play some games and out of nowhere:
IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL - 3 times already. I donīt know can the drivers be a problem since all i have is ancient ATI catalyst 10.8? to avoid crashes from newer versions and of course sound + bios.

Specs:
mobo: M4a79xtd evo/usb3
processor: AMD Phenom II x4 955 3.20 ghz
graphics card: hd 5750
total amount of ram atm: 3 gb(I should totally buy more asap)
Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.

E: I passed /sfc scannow

ASACPI.sys the 2005 version is a huge cause of BSODs
information   Information
The 2005 version of this driver is a known BSOD cause.
Please visit this link: ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download P7P55D LE
Scroll down to the Utilities category, then scroll down to the "
ATK0110 driver for WindowsXP/Vista/Windows 7 32&64-bit" (it's about the 12th item down).
Download and install it.
Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers to check and make sure that the ASACPI.sys file is date stamped from 2009 or 2010 (NOT 2005)
Code:
ASACPI.sys fffff880`042c0000 fffff880`042c8000 0x00008000 0x42476c4c 28/03/2005 06:30:36
