Edit: See if you can boot from a bootable usb stick (or a linux live cd). Heres how to make one (method 2):

I just cant boot from the DRIVE nor the CD/DVD and the USB.

Okay UPDATE. The disk is failing and its only 2 weeks old. Factory defect maybe?
