Bsod with intel cpu but I have AMD

I have a problem my computer gave me this code On Wed 4/20/2011 4:35:00 PM GMT your computer crashed
    crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\042011-9672-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: win32k.sys (win32k+0xCA387)
    Bugcheck code: 0x7F (0x8, 0x80050031, 0x6F8, 0xFFFFF9600013A387)
    Error: UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP
    file path: C:\Windows\system32\win32k.sys
    product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
    company: Microsoft Corporation
    description: Multi-User Win32 Driver
Bug check description: This bug check indicates that the Intel CPU generated a trap and the kernel failed to catch this trap.
The crash took place in a standard Microsoft module. Your system configuration may be incorrect. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver on your system which cannot be identified at this time

But I have a AMD cpu what is going on

We really need the actual DMP files

To enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.

    The procedure:

    * Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
    * Zip up the copy.
    * Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.

    To ensure minidumps are enabled:

Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box (the 256kb varies).
Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
    OK your way out.
Reboot if changes have been made.
