Yeahh, I tried that as soon as you told me about it but all it does is crash at 80% loading That's in safe mode and windows normal mode
Strange. I would continue running system scans. Try to do a full scan and not a quick scan. You probably still have infection on your system. Also, see if you can do any pre-boot scans that scan the hard drive before windows loads. Check out Ultimate Boot CD - Overview it has some virus scans that you can run from the CD
I get home on Sunday so i'll have to wait until Monday to try those bootable scans out But i'm currently working through a full scan with Dr.Web since MSE Wont run in safe mode and it's picked up a "Modification of VBS.Generic.17" and quarantined it.

Just an update... Now my laptop is completely crippled! I can't even connect to the Internet with it :/ I checked services .msc and nearly ALL of them are disabled!! When I try to start some of them I get an error saying the group failed to start (something like a 1083 error but can't remember)

    Help?!

I think the virus' have done too much damage and you will need to format and reinstall Windows. If you are able to, I would back up your data that you need to save (pictures, documents, etc) and then use Disk - Clean and Clean All with Diskpart Command to wipe your drive clean. This will ensure that all virus' are gone from your system. Then you can reinstall windows. I will have someone else look over this thread and see what they think.
