    i hate my laptop BSOD

Posting this third time on the forums. The first time soneone helped but was told to just update drivers, then second time(months later) i had no help.

    Long story short.
I bought this laptop on october 2009. A month or two before the warranty was finishing(oct2010) i had many bsods. It was terrible. I can say i posted on this forum but sadly couldnt fix it. I had to resort to reformating to its natural state BUT it kept on restarting(it went to the desktop for 3 seconds and it restarted). i then just decided to send it. When I got it back I got also report saying everything was ok and no problems in memory, battery etc.
Ok it was running great when i got it back and installed all my stuff, the usual stuff and also adobe products. Then I started to get bsod again

    laptop(that i hate now) specs:

    • Processor - Intel Core 2 Duo P7450 - 2.13 GHz
    • RAM - 4 GB
    • Hard Drive - 500 GB
    • Operating System - Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit Edition
    • Optical Drive - DVD±RW (±R DL) / DVD-RAM
    • Graphics - NVIDIA GeForce GT 230M

    I have had over 50!
Thanks for any help even if you dont know how to solve it but still tried.

    Two problems

1- Your Avast. remove and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials

    http://files.avast.com/files/eng/aswclear5.exe

    http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/

2- Your video driver. Re-install using these

When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver. In order to do that we recommend using Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

When it is removed then download and install the fresh copy.

You have problems with Adobe CS5 activator, causing crash of AfterFX, uninstall and go find CS4.

CS5 activator doesn't get installed but its just runs. it just adds websites to the host file.
I have 5 adobe programs all cs5 but i messed up aftereffects cs4 installation one day and I could never install it properly again. Thats why i am using cs5 now.

    Thanks for the help! :)

I was a little confused at teh start and uninstalled the nvidia display driver and then used driver sweeper after then re-installed it.
I didnt touch nvidia physx or nvidia audio driver. Is that ok?
I will let you know if laptop gets a bscod again.
