    No viruses and i am having random computer freezing now. It aint BSOD, eventviewer: event 6008 and then right away kernel power (41) 63. event 1101 if you know what i mean.

    looks like the problem is ntoskrnl.exe - cannot find fix for it

    Remove AsusUpdate and reboot your computer

    Is it possible to remove that file itself? Since i cannot find even folders for asus anymore.

    Yes you can remove it, just got to
    Code:
    C:\Windows\SysWOW64\drivers
    or
    Code:
    C:\Windows\System32\drivers
    Locate the AsUpIO.sys and rename it from .sys to .old
    If you cannot rename it just exit any asus programs and try again
    By doing this you will prevent the driver from loading
