HELP: BSOD

Hello,

I'm new here but I've had this BSOD problem for quite some time now. It freezes, sometimes it has vertical colored lines and when I boot it up it shows a no display screen and the fan spins like crazy. Sometimes it beeps, 2 or 3x, some days it's continuous. It goes like this and I have to boot up over and over again til it works.

Error Code: 1033
I currently don't have an anti-virus software installed - ESET trial expired.


I've had my CPU checked twice already. Both tech persons ran memtest and they didn't see any problem. Just today I had someone look at it again and said the same thing. When he came back and switched on my pc the bluescreen showed again but after a restart it worked fine.
