    ataport.sys blue screen of death

hello, im having a serious trouble with my Windows 7
it started from yesterday, when i start my computer, after about 3 minutes i get a blue screen of death saying that it comes from the "ataport.sys"
ive googled it and found that it may come from a:
    - hardware damage
    - Outdated driver
    - Virus

ive tried removing my Nvidia driver, not working, ive completly removed the graphic card from my PC along with my CD reader, still not working
ive tried a system restore to a date before the crash starts, not working also
im now in Safe Mode, it dosent crash, but whats weird that i dont get any crash dump file in my "Windows/minidumps" folder

now im thinking its virus, here is my BSOD Dump & System File Collection .zip file attached, can anyone tells me whats the probleme is coming from ?

    Thanks in advance

No dumps were collected by the jcgriff2 tool, dumps may have been deleted. Did you run any system cleaners(such as Ccleaner) after the crash?
If so wait for the computer to crash and re-upload the file :)

Could you please post a picture of your screen when it BSODs?

See if you can remove SPTD using this tool: DuplexSecure

If you have to download the tool to a USB drive, go for it. Also, if you run Daemon Tools again, SPTD will just be installed again. I suggest you uninstall the program for now.

    Also, run: http://www.seagate.com/ww/v/index.js...00dd04090aRCRD

no i didnt run any system clean after the lastest 10 crashs
i've now uninstalled CCleaner and CleanMem, and waited for it to crash
after the crash, there still no files in "Windows/Minidump" folder
here is my jcgriff2 analyses after removing CCleaner ZIP file attached

Is there any other reasons for why it dosent save dump files ?
also i've runed DuplexSecure as Jonathan suggested, now ill see if it crashs again

EDIT: still crashing after the DuplexSecure
here are crash info ive copied from BSOD

    ....
    Technical Informations:
    STOP: 0x0000008E (0xC0000005, 0x87CBC487, 0x9FF9975C, 0x00000000)
    ataport.sys - Address 87CBC487 base at 87CB6000 Datastamp 4a5bbf10

it just stops in 80 % initializing in both Safe and Normal modes, ive tried many download mirros, still not working
if it is a virus, should it infect the Safe mode ?
also if it is a hardware probleme, should it infect the Safe mode ?

EDIT: also is there any other reasons why my PC does not save the crash sump files ?

Just an idea, try renaming the Kaspersky TDSS Killer tool to a random name, say random.exe.

    no not working, tried haha.exe random.exe check.exe
    just freezes in 80%
do you think my computer is infected with a virus ?
btw here is a quote of what someone someone told me after viewing the BSOD infos:

0x0000008E KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED indicates that a kernel-mode application generated an exception that the error handler did not catch. A very common bug check. To interpret it, you must identify which exception was generated.
0xC0000005: STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION indicates that a memory access violation occurred.

I would guess this is bad or incompatible ram or some driver is seriously bugging out.

Yes, this is bad ... it's a Rootkit. Scroll down to 'USES' here Rootkit - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I'm echoing my post in another thread: Blue Screen Madness - PC Help Forum

Same issue going on over there, except that OP can't boot.

Try the atapi.sys replacement I recommended in the PCHF thread. To save you the trouble of creating an account on PCHF just to download my file, I'll attach one here.
