Please check the Date and Time on your system - the uploaded files all seem to date from Mid February of 2011
If that's the case, please correct the time immediately!
It appears that your Razer Lycosa drivers are from 2008. These older drivers have known issues with Windows 7. Please update to the latest available Windows 7 drivers.

Your running out of memory - the system only has 775 mB free (from the systeminfo.txt report) - which will make the system slower than molasses in January! I would suggest upgrading to 4 gB of RAM - or only using one program at a time.
The verifier enabled memory dump blames Microsoft Security Essentials. So I'd suggest uninstalling it, and then downloading a fresh copy and installing that on the system. OLDER DRIVERS PRESENT IN THE DUMP FILES
- Create a System Restore Point prior to doing any of this. DO NOT mess with the drivers themselves - leave the Windows\System32\drivers directory alone unless we specifically direct you to it!
- Please update these drivers from the device manufacturer's website - or uninstall them from your system. Reference links are included below.
- DO NOT use Windows Update or the Update Drivers function of Device Manager.
- Please feel free to post back about any drivers that you are having difficulty locating.
- Windows Update exceptions may be noted below for Windows drivers: BSOD BUGCHECK SUMMARY Code:
