Hi ni562 and welcome to the forum. I looked at your four most recent dumps and they are nearly identical. All show bugcheck *E and all four blame ataport.sys, which is a Windows system driver and very unlikely to be the real cause. Something else causing conflicts.

Update your wi-fi driver. There is a newer driver available dated 2010. Windows 7 is finicky about older network and wi-fi drivers.
netr28.sys Fri Jun 19 03:57:13 2009 - Ralink RT3090 802.11b/g/n WiFi Adapter Driver (you may have a different manufacturer). Ralink corp.
Also update your Realtek Ethernet driver.
    Rt86win7.sys Thu Feb 26 04:04:22 2009 - Realtek RTL8168D/8111D Family PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC. Realtek
This driver is way out of date. If there is no update for this driver, I suggest that you uninstall Power ISO and replace it with software certified compatible with Win 7.Update these drivers. If you are still getting BSOD's after updating them, upload the dumps and enable Driver Verifier carefully following the instructions in this tutorial: Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable.

As soon as you get your system reasonably stable, update your Win 7 OS by installing Service Pack 1: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/w...ice-pack-1-sp1

    KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000008e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
    happening.
    Arguments:
Arg1: c0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: 8373b487, The address that the exception occurred at
    Arg3: ad1b375c, Trap Frame

Easy one...You have a rootkit infection. Download this rootkit scanner and boot into safe mode and run it.

How to remove malware belonging to the family Rootkit.Win32.TDSS (aka Tidserv, TDSServ, Alureon)?

As for the crash while shutting down. Follow the instructions below
    Code:
This error is caused by the hibernation file size being is too small for the current memory requirements of the computer. To fix this problem, increase the size of the hibernation file by following these steps:

    Click the Start button.
In the search box, type command prompt.
In the list of results, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as administrator.
In the Command Prompt window type:
    powercfg /hibernate /size <size%>
where <size%> equals the size of the hibernation file in percentage of total physical memory.
The default size is 75% and can be increased to 100% with:

    powercfg /hibernate /size 100
    ...Summary of the dumps:

well iv updated everything you said and its still giving me the BSOD when i log on (0x0000008E) and when i shut down (0x000000A0) im uploading the new dumps! Iv also Found a .sys file in
    My Documents
I dont know what its doing there (or if this is normal). Best i can see it belongs to a SNES emulator(based on the file names acompanying it). (runing safe mode so i cant try it out...

First off. I just noticed that you had started a second thread for the same problem.
    Original: https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...x0000008e.html

It makes it very hard to figure out what's wrong when you create multiple threads and have different people working on each.

I would download it to a USB stick and then boot into safe mode and install it that way

ok im sorry for creating 2 threads. I'l keep it to 1 in the futur. Now im gettign an error when executing the TDSSKiller file.
(both from USB stick and directly from PC) Initializing up to 80% then i get the errror
TDSS rootkil removing tool has stopped working. a problem has caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
iv tried it twice on USb and Twice Directly on PC

try renaming the exe to something like piano.exe. The infection could know that TDSS is a virus removal tool and is crashing it
