Windows 7: Frequent BSOD Crashes

Frequent BSOD Crashes

Hi there. I bought my system about 7 weeks ago and have had around 25 BSOD crashes since then. I have been searching the internet in an attempt to figure out what is causing this, which led me to this forum. I called the shop from which I bought the system, and the service department told me to run a Memory Diagnostics test, and that it was probably something to do with the RAM. I ran the test but it showed up no problems, leaving me effectively as clueless as I was before I called them!

Here's some basic system specs that the instruction page says to list:

- Windows 7 Home Premium x64
- the original installed OS on the system, came pre-installed on the system
- 2 months old, OS hasn't been reinstalled

If there is any other information that I should have given, please let me know. The zip file of the results of the system health report is attached to this post.
I don't know if it's even relevant, but when I ran the Performance Monitor program it said that I have no anti-virus program installed, but I have AVG so I'm not sure why that came up.

Thanks so much for taking the time to read, I really appreciate it.

Thankyou so much for the quick reply I'm running the scan at the moment.
I have a mouse, a keyboard and speakers in the USB ports all the time. Each day I temporarily put in a USB memory drive to save work to.

Thanks, you too!

Unplug the speakers and monitor your computer for anymore BSOD.
If still BSOD, then set your computer as automatic login, unplug your keyboard and mouse, then monitor your computer for anymore BSOD.

Hi again. I unplugged my speakers but have still been having the BSOD. I know I've been advised to unplug my keyboard and mouse as well but I'm not sure how to go about using my computer without them...

The bug check strings on the latest crashes have been mainly DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN_EQUAL and KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. I attached the dump files and the system health report if anyone is able to see if this is different. Or is it likely that the USB drivers are still causing the problem? Sorry and thankyou for giving up your time!

Leave your computer unattended (speakers, keyboard and mouse unplugged) and monitor your computer for anymore BSODs.. .
