My pc shut down itself and now windows doesnt load
hi everyone, I´m not sure if this is the correct forum for this question.
Please move it if it is necessary.
As I wrote in another thread, I was trying to find the drivers to upgrade my xp 64 to a Windows 7 64. But in the meantime (I didn´t even download anything, so this two things are not related)my computer shut down itself, alone.
When I tried to restart it, it tries to load windows, but in the middle, it restarts, and like that over and over. I can see a flash of a blue screen in the process, but it dissapears inmediatly and restarts the computer.
Does anyone know how can I find the problem, if it is software, hardware.
Many thanks to everyone
