Windows 7 doesn't start after partition moving

I have a dual-boot configuration with Windows 7 and Fedora 14. I wanted to encrypt Windows partition using TrueCrypt, but it doesn't work when there is a separate "boot" partition for Windows.
That's what I've done:
1) Made the "boot" partition inactive and C: active.
2) Reinstalled bootloader to C: using bcdboot c:\Windows /s c:
3) In Fedora deleted that "boot" partition and updated GRUB configuration.
Windows 7 booted and everything worked fine.
4) Back in Fedora used gparted to move and resize Windows partition to fill unallocated space.
5) Reconfigured GRUB again.
After this operation I couldn't start Windows. I tried fixing it with Startup Repair from Windows 7 DVD, but it didn't work. Then I tried fixing it manually, with bootrec /fixmbr, /fixboot and /rebuildbcd. It said "Operation completed successfully", but Windows still doesn't boot.
Windows partition is fully accessible from Linux. Diskpart reports that it's the only active partition on my disk and Chkdsk doesn't detect any errors.
Do you have any ideas how to fix it?
Thanks in advance.

Something must have happend during step #4. I would have used Disk Management to recover the unallocated space.

Gparted completed the resize/move operation without errors and chkdsk reports no problems with the filesystem, so I think the problem is with the OS, not the partition.

Did you check whether C is still active. You can use the bootable CD of PW for that (last entry on the page is the .iso you need to burn to CD): Free Download Magic Partition Manager Software - Partition Wizard Online

Partition is active. Checked with both DISKPART and Magic Partition Manager.

Check drive letters first as they look different from winpe.

Then use Bootrepair - select autorepair

@SIW2
Could you post the link to Bootrepair? I can't find it.

Moving Windows 7 to another partition
I originally had Vista on this machine and did an upgrade install. However, I find the system is unusually slow (more than Vista I think). Maybe it's the hardware. This machine is about 4 years old, although it is well maintained. Anyways, I was wondering if there was a way to make a new...

Windows 7 doesn't boot after moving partition
NOTE: Basic problem (not drawn out story) at bottom. So heres my problem: I installed Win 7 on a drive a while back and earlier today I decided that I needed more hard drive space. I saw that I had 100gb of unallocated space on the drive, but it was behind my Win7 partition, making it...
