Windows 7: 0x0000001e Random BSOD

Hi guys, query for you

im getting this BSOD when gaming, and im unsure what it replated to, using bluescreenview it seems to be caused by a few different files and i really cant pin it down. one is a Nvidia file, the other a realtek driver and the last is tcpip.sys

ive underclocked the shader on my GFX card as advised on another forum by 10mhz using precision EVGA, and ran chkdsk and made sure the graphics drivers are the latest version. windows is fully updated but this random crash still happens.

I only game through steam, but the crashed are so random its hard not to pin down. managed to complete crysis yesterday with no crashes, but bloodrayne this morning crashed.
